Which laser type? Only ruida lasers feature this. If you have one, try disabling the beginner mode.

I see you have Ruida listed in your forum profile. Is this still the laser system you are using? Share some additional screencaps of the ‘Device Profile’ settings you are using for this setup so we might review.
