I have read several topics in this forum, but I have not found an answer. I use an Ortus Laser Master 2 Pro with Lightburn under iMac Monterey and the rotary module from Ortur.
Do you have any idea where the problem may be coming from?

Are you saying that you do not find the ‘Rotary Setup’ option under the ‘Tools’ menu?
Which ‘Device Profile’ are you using? Share a screenshot of what you see, and we can go from there. 
Edit: Here is a good video, produced by a LightBurn member, that walks through using the rotary from Ortur.
