I gave it “LIFE” !!! I brought it back from the gates of hell full of life and power.
I thought I would never have to say this, but my real name, (as of now) is Randy “FRANKINSTEIN”
I dug deep into dark black bottom of scrape draws. A leg here and an arm there with some thread and super glue and went to work. And it lives again burning its little heart out !!!
OK, I know, your saying shut up Randy and tell us what you did to fix it !
I bought both of lasers in May of 21. I got the 7 watt and the 15 olm2-p. In June my 15 w. locked up in movement on the X drive, broke the back board, at the same time my fan started squalling like someone kicked a dog. So Ortur sent me both new back boards and they sent me a new fan “with” a new power board. The thought hit me a little while ago to swap out the power boards because I have never used the new one yet. Problem cured!!
replace that power board on top of the fan !!
I be back soon, I know where there is a dead cat buried in the back yard, ha ha ha ha !!!

thank you, Last night I found that there was nothing wrong with my old power board. Turns out that the problem was in the wiring. OXIDATION on pins.

On the wall outlet side or the small connector pins up to the laser?

the small 3 pin plug on top of the laser and the 4 pin plug that plugs into the side of the controller board.
