I have not received my activation code

I made a purchase about 30 min ago but have yet to receive my code to activate and allow me to use lightburn

Looking into our systems, I find the order completed and key was sent to the address provided without bounce. Please search all mail for ‘LightBurn License Key’ and check all spam / promotion folders as the message can sometimes land there.

If you are still not finding, email support@lightburnsoftware.com, and we will help get this sorted there. We avoid publishing your private key here in public, for your security and ours. :slight_smile:
