I’m getting different colors on polymer despite using the exact same settings

Hello, I have been engraving on polymer and have had no issues until recently. I have fine tuned settings and have used them for 100+ polymer mags, but recently I have been having an issue where my settings are engraving a much different color (A lot more pale) Despite using the same file, and same settings.

The only difference between these 2 are one was made a week apart. I have tested every external issue including laser degradation, lens, focus, level, and pretty much anything else and I don’t think it’s any of those. The most weird part about this issue is that I can engrave singular pieces of the design and it will become the previous, deep, good color. But when I engrave the whole mag it’s super light.

I have reason to believe this is affected by the order the shapes are engraved in, like flood fill, and the settings under that, but I have tested each one and they do not give result I want. I’m not sure what has changed, because none of my settings have, but I find it very weird that on the same settings it randomly started engraving lighter, but only when I engrave a large amount of shapes.

These are my settings, I use a 100W, galvo, cloudray fiber laser.

I would really aprecciate any help
