I need help pleaseeeeee

Hello dear ones, I am currently setting up my Com Maker Omni one and downloaded Light burn for the first time. I have now followed instructions to add the laser manually with the import of the EZ CAD configuration. But the laser is constantly displayed as disconnected. Does anyone have an idea?

Do you have the right driver for windows? Can you see the device using the device manager?

This is a duplicate entry – English version here… I think

Our documentation should assist in explaining the process for adding a galvo laser system to LightBurn.

Thank you. Duplicate merged.

Yes, it works with the original ComMarket Program but this is soooooo awful, that working with it seems impossible

Still doesn’t work. Doors it work on Lightburn trial or do I need to purchase pro to get it working?

It is still displayed as disconnected :frowning:

Did you load the driver at the end of the installation? Did you import the configuration file provided from the manufacture? Have you selected a comm port to use for communications?

Tell us what you have tried with the results to help us “see” what you do. Share a few screenshots of the Laser window.
