How do I get my license code sent to me? I must have written it down wrong.
The answer depends on where you purchased LightBurn. If you bought directly from us, you should find your key in the email sent when you completed this transaction. You can search all email, including spam folders, for “LightBurn License Key”. If you don’t find it, send us an email to support at lightburnsoftware dot com and reference this post and we can take a look on our end.
If you purchased from one of our resellers, you will need to contact them directly.
