Ho recentemente acquistato Ikier k1 pro 24w, ho scaricato la versione di prova di LigtBurn Ma sembra ce la periferica non venga rilevata in nessun modo.
Ho anche installato :CH34x_Install_V1.5 ma ancora nn riesco a connettermi., sembra sia un problema di porte usbc ?
Con un pc che Mi è stato prestato funziona Ma non con Mac
Potete aiutarmi ?

I recently bought Ikier k1 pro 24w, I downloaded the trial version of LigtBurn But it seems that the device is not detected in any way.
I also installed :CH34x_Install_V1.5 but I still can’t connect., does it seem to be a usbc port problem?
With a PC that was lent to me it works but not with Mac

The Mac uses a different driver.

Please install this as administrator.
