iMac - Cannot Calibrate Camera

Can anybody please help me?

I have an iMac on macOS Ventura. Every time I try to calibrate the camera on my OMTech Polar350, LightBurn crashes. Every single time.
What can I do? The camera is being recognized but the software crashes every time.
I’ve sunk thousands of dollars into this already and cannot afford another purchase of anything. Please help me with any suggestions.

Also, I have deleted and reinstalled LightBurn and also have tried older versions. Still no success with either.
