Image library layer settings getting changed

At first i was thinking i was not saving the image to the library once i was fully happy with the speed/ power settings. However i am pretty sure they are changing.

I have a default file i use that i load first. It has tool layers/marks locked to the worlayers. This allows me to position certain size projects in the same spot on the screen every time so my work doesnt go over.

I then would either build the project and save to the image library or retrieve from image library.

It seems that the LB ayers are overiding the image layer settings when the image is loaded from library.

I am going to have to write down every image files settings. As i cant have the next time i print the next same job… It results different.

I tried setting defaults of the LB layers. But it wasnt working well for me.

LB should give a warning of such a change. " image layers do not match LB work area layers, which do you want to keep?"

If i load in a image. With same color layera as one on the current screen. It will change the layer settings on one of them (i forget which).

Am i missing something?

So maybe partly my fault… Saving my images before they were done and then forgetting to save final product.

There still seems to be the issue of if you drop multiple library items with the same color layer onto the work area. It will change any after the first to the first settings.
So if green was image (100/20%) on first and green on second library image (400/60%) layer… It changes that second image to the first image settings.
It should warn or create a dupl layer while keeping settings.
Perhaps a warning pop up demanding you apply a different layer to keep the settings.

If it is image first and cut second… It just creates a second layer of same color.
