Which keyboard combination do I use to zoom in/out I don’t use a mouse!

That’s for the main edit window, not the Trace dialog. Unfortunately at this time you cannot zoom with the keyboard in the Trace dialog.
…so I have to clean my glasses and / or learn to read slowly - sorry
