The PDF file was most likely created with shapes that contain a stroke width. Lightburn does not recognize stroke width. In order for it to import correctly, you would need to open the PDF file in a program like Illustrator, Inkscape, CorelDraw, etc. Select all of the entities that have a stroke width, and then “outline the stroke” (term used in Illustrator). You would then need to do a Boolean Weld, which would then connect everything like it looks in the PDF. Upload your PDF file if you want to - you might need to append a .TXT to the end of the filename when uploading here.

Original Gerbers generated with Diptrace 2.xxx and converted in GerbView to a multilayer PDF that is very nice. THe whole idea with multi layer is not doable with as I understand it and too much hanky panky.
