Import photos and putting them in workspace and engrave

Hi guys I have Omni 1 Uv laser 5W, I imported photo to engrave but when I try to give command to engrave it says I have nothing in my workspace area for machine to engrave. Please send me some videos tutorials or if someone can video call me and teach me, I will be very thankful. I live in Australia. My number is +61403266540. What’s app. And iPhone face time.

Thanks Brother JimNM , I make videos for YouTube, they pay 60 to 80$ for each 10 thousand views once you reach 100,000 views and you have 1000 subscribers on your channel.
