Inch file loads in mm

Need help – I am running Lightburn on two computers – My problem is when I import a DXF file into one it loads fine ( the drawing is in inches) when I load the same file in the other CPU it loads as MM. If I save a file as a Lightburn file it loads correctly in the problem CPU. The problem CPU is Windown 7 4 GB ram 32 bit operation system. Both CPU.s have the same settings. Don’t know where to start
