Hey everyone, good evening. Does anyone know why this happens? When cleaning the coating of a stainless steel piece, instead of the fiber laser cleaning the entire piece uniformly from left to right, it cleans one part, skips to another, and then goes back and continues from the part it skipped. This causes this uneven cleaning effect in the photos I take of the metal, as you can see in the pictures. Does anyone have any tips? My fiber laser is a Cloudray 50W Raycus 200 lens.
Have you tested with bidirectional or single directional fill? What effect does reducing the line interval slightly have, for example?
It was a matter of complete filling, when I deactivated it, it was resolved. It was a matter of complete filling, when I deactivated it, it was resolved.
Just to check, your fix was to change the fill grouping?
I disabled the flood fill option located below the dpi.I disabled the flood fill option located below the DPI; I don’t know the name of the option in English because my program is in Brazilian Portuguese.
