I am using an Xtool D1 with Lightburn. It was working great until I accidentally turned off everything at the power strip, (computer and laser) without correctly powering off. When I tried to cut out a file that worked previously, and tried to framed, it just went to edge and ground against the frame. When i tried to cut, it went to an incorrect location and just cut a straight line. I updated firmware and tried laser on a differnt computer with the same results. Help!!!
