Incorrect Z-Axis Movement of Ruida Laser

Hi,

we use a laser with a Ruida 644XS controller.
X- and Y-axis movements work fine, but z-movements are not scaled correctly. They must be multiplied by 3.07 to move the desired length.
Does anyone have the same problem?
Am I doing something wrong?

There’s actually a calibration proceedure you can go through.

I think this video goes through the procedure

If not one of his videos certainly does. Definitely worth a watch in any case
