Installation videos do not match my reality

I have tried everything I can think of and have failed. So here is the exact order of events to install the driver for Galvo:

  1. The driver to UPDATE should be USBLMCV2 I do not have this driver to update, I have USBLMCV4
    (see Image-A).
2)I am told to go to the Driver Folder/WIN10 and choose the new Driver. As you can see, the driver I need to select is not in the WIN10 folder you assent me.
Message to Supplier: Until I can get the driver installed, it is pointless to continue. Please send the correct drivers immediately.

As you can all see. The driver I am to update is not in jmy Device Manager. The Driver to replave it, cannot be found. The WIN10 that the supplier sent me has nothing I need.

I have many complex CNC machines, I operate Solidworks and numerous CAD Packages. I have never had so many problems with these Lasers.

Hello, Jack
Lightburn will install the driver when you are installing Lightburn, check the box “install ezcad2 drivers” Seems counterintuitive but that’s it. Also, driver will not show in device manager on my system unless my computer and laser are connected and both powered on. At least that is how I remember it.

Hopefully that helps. The setup wizard also pops up with each new lens install, but after the first time you don’t check the box. .

I can go to the shop and boot up the computer in the morning and double check just give a shout.
