Installing License for Galvo Laser

So, I’ve got a problem here that I cannot figure out. I originally purchased Lightburn for my CO2 laser, now I have added at Galvo laser and purchased a key for that. I cannot figure out how to add the Galvo laser to Lightburn and utilize the key. Is anyone using Lightburn for a Galvo and CO2 machine that can help me out? I’ve spent days trying to figure this out.

Being 2 different types of licenses, I assume you might have to install on a separate program. But I would contact support.

Did you upgrade at Lightburn?

If so it’s enabled remotely, so it’s should be tied to the original key. It should just work…

Check the license portal to ensure it’s the proper information.

If you have issues, contact support… as was already noted.
