Interface is too small

How do I make the whole interface bigger I installed the software and it’s like every thing is font size 4 ?

I can’t seem to figure out how to make it fill the screen when it opens and be readable. I’m on a Mac

I think this is the same in the Settings window for both MAC and Windows.
