Invalid License Key after upgrading to DSP

I did follow all procedures to upgrade the license key to my new ruida controller but shows error invalid Key. Please need help.

The best way to enter a key is to copy and paste directly from the original email sent after purchase. I am seeing you in our system.

I will give it a try, but I now sure why it doesn’t work just writing it. Will contact support if doesn’t work
