"Invisible Line" - maybe bugged display of very narrow line segments

I was creating a simple routing template and created two center mark guidelines. In the preview an extra line appeared, which was not visible in the editing area. I did a large select and sure enough a piece of “hidden” geometry was preset. Upon zooming in several seteps it finally became visible. I have not encountered this before. The issue is that it was set to a layer that was otherwise visible, the geometry was not small enough to have warranted extreme zoom to have it suddenly appear. I have attached the file and a screen shot incase this is an unknown bug or perhaps just a product of the way LB displays certain elements. As it appears a very narrow V shaped pair of line segements were created.

That looks like an artifact of using the Line tool and clicking right when you meant click left. I do this more than I like to admit.

I have no idea why it goes invisible as you zoom out. That is worth investigating.

This shows the value of using the Preview Tool before EVERY run.

UPDATE: The Scissors Tool sees it, even if you cannot. It is also a curved line, not straight.
