I can not get the min power setting for my layers. The current line is $30=1000 and $30=1. I checked device settings and they match. Is there a fix?
Can you explain what this means?
Which current line? Where is this showing? And you’re saying it’s showing 2 different values for $30?
What is this matching to?
A fix to what? Not clear from the post.
correct that is where I looked
For what Ever reason I can not change my min power setting. I codes #30=100 is the firmwear that controls that function
Change it where? In cut settings?
Min power is not available to change for anything except grayscale in g-code controllers.
What version of LB are you running?
This is the 3rd value for the same GRBL configuration that you’ve listed (1000, 1, 100) so I’m getting incresaingly confused
Also, $30 does not change min power. $30 establishes the value that represents max power. $31 sets the minimum addressable power (relative to $30).
Can you explain what is is that you’re trying to accomplish and how you’ve arrived at this?
Its $3=0. Should it be $3=1
sorry 31 is $31=.01
Maybe this would help:
$0=1
$1=0.03
$2=0
$3=0
$4=0
$5=0
$6=0
$10=255
$11=0.0
$12=0.0
$13=0
$20=0
$21=1
$22=1
$23=0
$24=25.0
$25=3000.0
$26=250
$27=1.0
$30=1000
$31=0.1
$32=1
$100=100
$101=100
$102=0
$110=18000
$111=6000
$112=6000
$120=2500.000000
$121=300.000000
$122=300
$130=432.000
$131=406
$132=0
Normally this would be $31=0 but xTool do weird things. It seems $31=0.1 is normal for the D1 based on other posts.
Can you explain what you’re trying to do and what the complication is?
I am trying to print an image
And set the min max power
Are you using grayscale mode? If not, min power is not an available option. In some older versions of LightBurn min power was wrongly adjustable but did not affect the laser.
If you are using grayscale, can you take a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
