Is there a way to set somewhat like kerf offset in “offset fill” mode? What i want is draw PCB for etching. But “offset fill” not considering laser beam size or may be traces are too small so result is not so good. If I could set offset, it would significantly improve the result (i’ve tested this in “line” mode)
Kerf Offset is for compensating, for the width of the burn path, when cutting materials to size. It will not make the burn path wider. What you can do is de-focus the laser to get a wider beam, but that will mean less power.
Your image shows a typical 0.1mm interval when the laser is capable of a 0.08mm interval. In other words, there is no beam touching or overlapping adjacent passes.
Offset fill is not the solution to getting the copper trace etched. It leaves remnants that are not burned. Fill is 100% coverage, if the LPI setting is correct for your laser.
