Issues with Lightburn freezing when trying to update settings on MacBook Neo A18 Pro

I started using Lightburn on a Windows Laptop last year, but I needed a new laptop and my wife purchased a MacBook Neo A18 Pro for me. I removed the license key from my old laptop and installed the Lightburn software on my Macbook. Ever since then I can’t get Lightburn settings setup correctly on my Macbook such as the grid is only showing up as a 10mm x 10mm. Every time I try to change the settings, Lightburn freezes and becomes unresponsive. Also, whenever I try to save any of my libraries to Lightburn or close the program it freezes and I have to force quit Lightburn. I was able to run one of my projects without issue, but the settings weren’t correct and I can’t change them without issue. I tried everything that I could find online but nothing has helped. Any help with this would be amazing.

Welcome to the forum, Jason.

The Neo has only 8GB RAM and a 13" screen a bit short to see everything well.

Then Move the files from the old PC:

If all went well do the update to 2.1.02 paying attention to the following:
