Actually this is not a problem … it is just a precautionary measure that GRBL has by default and the reason is described in the GRBL documentation.
The only way to prevent this from happening every time the machine is powered up is by editing the GRBL source code in the config.h file and then saving the change to the microcontroller on the controller board. But this requires some knowledge, it is preferable to leave it as it is since it is not a problem.
