Hello, I have Windows 11 and my laser printer is an Omtech 2440. When I move the print head from the source to the object I want to print, it leaves a line. I can print it, but it leaves another line when I return to the home screen, and sometimes the print job gets ruined. Can anyone help me?

When a CO₂ laser tube fires when it should be moving, that generally indicates the high voltage power supply is failing:
If that is not what your machine is doing, the items @bernd.dk suggested, plus photos of the mis-burned material will help identify the problem.

My machine is an Omtech 2440, and this is the line I’m referring to.
For example, to make a square, as the laser moves, it burns all the wood.
Without a photo and the lbrn2 file, it’s difficult to tell what’s happening.
If the square is completely filled, then the layer is probably set to Fill.
