It will jog and frame completely fine, but fail to move when I click start

First time setting up laser and running into an issue. As title says, the laser fails to move once I start project. It will move a few millimeters and then stop, laser just burns a hole through material.

Ive posted a picture of what the gcode says during these events.

Research on this specific issue is hard as no one else seems to have this specific issue. I’ve loosened the belt as one person mentioned in a post. No improvement.

Could it be power supply? Only other video I found who’s issue looks close enough to mine mentioned he got a bigger 5amp 24v power supply and it solved his issue.

I unfortunately bought this a while ago and never got the chance until now to set it up. I don’t believe I can return this…

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

The machine should be under warranty for one year so I’d suggest connecting with your retailer or ortur support.

As far as the issue is concerned if the Console is indicating a “Power Supply Problem” I’d believe it. I’d suggest testing the power supply if you have a meter or other method of doing so.

We had the same issue. After I shut down and reloaded the software it worked great and no problems since that time.

You reloaded lightburn? I’ve tried that a few times with no avail.
