error startup rd6332m, how can i get rid of this? can somebody help please
What error? If you don’t give us enough information to help you, we can’t.
its all about my control panel , when i startup the machine it all shows that there is system resetting , but now it just stuck at the ACS nor the manufacturer logo, and i cannot even click any of the button, its not working when its stuck, i did plug and unplugged the wirings in it already , but still its always happening , whats really matter on this? can somebody help please
i will send a video or a clip later . for the stuck up startup of the machine
I don’t know what to tell you since it’s hanging during the boot sequence.
All I would know to do is seeing if it homes or power up. If nothing moves, maybe a power supply, but most of these work off 24V, so it seems unlikely.
thanks for the idea , but i just bought my power supply 8 months ago ..
do you have any recommendations i need
to troubleshoot?
Does the machine try to home when you power it up?
You’ve given me nothing to go on, so my suggestions are rather anemic.
nope just stuck up on the manufacturer logo , cannot even boot up to home . all wirings was check already
If it fails to attempt to boot, that would indicate a bad controller.
If it comes up with it’s basic splash screen, and doesn’t attempt to home, I’d guess it’s a controller issue.
Does it ever give you any kind of error on the console?
If the power supplies are working correctly there isn’t much to check.
LED 8 being On suggests a problem with the LmtX-
X axis home switch, because it should not be continuously active during startup. LED 10 for the LmtY-
Y axis home switch is Off, so something is different between those switches.
The other indicators look plausible, so I’d look for a fault in the home switches or their wiring, rather than for a bad controller.
Also, the LED for Out2
is turned on. What is that output connected to?
Good catch
Mine complains, as I’ve done it without a working home switch, hits the end then gives me a homing error.

do you have lights/lamps indicator or instruction co2 laser controller ruida rdc6332m
for the reasons of blinking/lighting ?
can you give me led identification why its lighting or blinking? i need diaghram to notice which i need to check on , sample LED 8 being On suggests a problem with the LmtX-
X axis home switch, because it should not be continuously active during startup. this i would know , thanks for the help
The LED identification is on the controller case:
Without having a manual for that controller, I’m guessing based on other Ruida controllers we’ve seen around here.
In general, LEDs corresponding to input or output signals are On when that signal is active and Off when it’s inactive. The LmtX-
and LmtY-
inputs come from the home switches, so one of them is different; only you can determine which one is incorrect and why that happens.
If you don’t have a manual for the controller, you can download a few and compare them for hints about what the other LEDs mean.
Which is, of course, completely different from the chart on the back of that controller.
I’m willing to assume “the +5 V LED being On means the supply is good”, but “the LmtX-
LED being On means the limit switch is active” seems like a guess requiring some verification.
AFAICT, “Ruida” controllers are designed by different companies / groups / factories with little interaction, then swept into the Ruida brand for marketing. I have a certificate asserting my KT332N is a Genuine Ruida Controller, even though it was originally made by Ryxon.
i guess so , thanks for tips and help , but can you determine what was really common problem of startup boot when im switching on the machine but it just stuck up on the ACS logo when system resetting ,
Given that we do not know anything about the machine, don’t have the controller manual, and you haven’t done any of the tests we’ve suggested, it’s impossible for us (me, anyhow) to give any further advice.
