I've searched and about to pull my hair out .. negative home position

I have read every post on here and have done everything I can find … I swear … hopefully someone can help … home my xcarve1000 and hit get position… -790 & -790 … so from here I obviously cannot run anything because it thinks its out of bounds … and the second I try and do anything EROOR:9 reset your whole operation… here are my current settings … thanks for any help …

Tried it … still reads negative when I move it and hit get position …

You have to change $10 to $10=0, so it reads the machine position in workspace, not absolute coordinates. Keep track of the settings you had before - Carbide, Easel, etc might want the settings the previous way.

update: … it got it closer … it makes my ‘homed’ zero -214 instead of -899 …
