I need help troubleshooting. I updated my lightburn software in December and have since be unable to produce smooth engraves on my rotary on 2 separate lasers.
Scan offsets are dialed in. Steps per rotation are dialed in. I’ve tried countless reiterations of settings/LPI, focus, defocus, etc. I’ve had the company fly out reps to service my lasers and determine they are in top working order. I am stumped. What am I missing. Any thoughts?

If you want help you need to provide more info that. Let’s start with what laser and rotary combination you’re using. How does a flat project engrave?
Please post a screenshot (not a cell phone pic) of your entire Lightburn screen with your project loaded and the Cuts/Layers Panel and Laser Panel visible. Also post a screenshot of the Settings Window (Gears icon) with the Units and Grids tab visible and post a screenshot of the Device Settings Window (Wrench and Screwdriver icon). Also the cut settings editor window.
Scan offsets are dialed in. I used aluminum cards and a microscope
2 different Aeon Mira 9 100w with piburn grip. Have been working with Aeon on this for 4 months with 2 tech visits to service the lasers. Just reached out to piburn today as well as posting here since no progress is being made.
