Jinsoku LC-60A cutting 4mm plywood in Lightburn

I am attempting to cut Interior 4mm Plywood with a Sainsmart Jinsoku LC-60A
I have managed to cut half way through the plywood using the following specs
10mm/sec 95% power 35% air assist 6 cuts and I ran the job 3 times only cutting through half of the plywood…QUESTION? If I continue to run this job will I need to drop the laser? or will the job eventually cut through the plywood?
NOTE! Laser is currently focused by using Sainsmarts focus tool.
The job is a Curved Picture frame picture holder template I purchased on ESTY

It’s worth testing.

I’d attempt Four passes, Lower the laser 2mm and perform two more passes.
If the increase is dramatic then you’ve confirmed your suspicions.

Thank You for responding… So the laser will not cut deeper into the material without lowering it CORRECT?

It’s worth testing.

Different lasers have different focal ranges.

Some lenses will allow you to cut fairly deeply without adjusting because the dot remains small as you move from the true focal point. Some systems and lenses are much more sensitive to focus and will perform poorly when focus is off 1-2 mm.

ymmv.
