Has there been anymore consideration given to being able to select job origin other than the nine postions (center, bottom right coner, bottom left corner, etc)? Would be nice to be able to choose any point on a Project as the origin, corner of a box or ceter of a circle.
Unless your process has other constraints, User Origin may work for you.
I have experimeted with the different modes of origins. Does not satisfy for what I need. When I do CNC work on another machine and then add some laser etching, I need to be very precise where everything lines up. That is why it would be nice to pick a registration point on the laser etching to line up with the CNC carving.
If you have two registration points you can apply the laser etching to your CNC work with Print and Cut.
Using Absolute Coordinates (with limit switches for repeatable homing) is required for this tool.
