Join two parts of roof together

Hello,
I have a question how I can easily join together both roof parts to one part.

In the attached file you can see I have two roofparts which you can bend together on top of the roof.
In my opinion it is better and stronger to put both parts together as one object. To join the lines together to get a full square is not the problem.
But how can I easily fill the blank in the middle with the upper and lower lines so you can bend the full roof.

Sorry if my English is not so good but I do not know how to explain it clearly

using the node editor, cut away what you don’t want, select the pattern you want repeated, copy and paste that, or use the matrix tool to repeat the pattern.
