JTech Photonic Pro USB connection not work

I have a new JTech Photonic Pro I am trying to connect to with Latest Light burn, it recognizes USB Com3 but does not connect to laser cutter. I have tried re-installing usb drivers,

have you set the correct port in Lightburn? Also have you tried restarting lightburn? What operating system are you working on?

I got it working thank you!

Problem was the E-stop was depressed and I did not know. Lightburn will not connect to Jtech with that depressed.

What worked.

  1. Ensure E-stop is not depressed.

  2. Plug in Jtech and turn on before starting LightBurn

  3. Start Light Burn and go through setup per Jtech Instructions.
