i keep getting a error message saying failed to start machine is paused. i have tried both usb drive, and cord. Need help.
If it’s a Ruida, are you connected to the machine? If you power the machine first, then start LightBurn, you should see ‘Found RDC644xG’ or similar on the bottom task bar. If you don’t see that, right-click the ‘Devices’ button. If it says, “no device found”, you aren’t connected yet.
Did LightBurn find your laser and automatically set it up, or did you configure manually?
