Cuando mando el diseño a la maquina no lo ejecuta bien (tamaño y ubicacion son erroneos)…
Ej: imagen de ancho 25mm alto 50mm ,en lightburn … maquina ejecuta ancho 50mm alto 50mm … y siempre en la parte inferior izquierda (independientemente de donde la imagen).
desde ya agradezco todo tipo de consejo y alluda ya que soy nuevo en esto de la CNC laser. Gracias a todos y buenas tardes.
When I send the design to the machine it doesn’t execute it well (size and location are wrong)…
Ex: image width 25mm height 50mm, in lightburn… machine runs width 50mm height 50mm… and always in the bottom left (regardless of where the image is).

The engraved distances can be related to Rotary Settings, Lost Motion or Incorrect axis calibration, in order of likelihood if you were testing the Rotary recently.
Under Laser tools, click Rotary Setup and switch the Enable Rotary Settings switch to the Off position if it was on.

A ver mi láser se conecta correctamente, pero llega un punto en el que cuando quiero iniciar el proyecto me sale este aviso:
“ALARMA: 2
El objetivo de movimiento del código G supera el recorrido de la máquina. Posición de la máquina retenida de forma segura. Puede desbloquear la alarma. (Haga clic derecho en el botón ‘Dispositivos’ para restablecer la conexión)
En o cerca de la línea 4:
trabajo detenido”
Y no tiene sentido, ya que todos los parámetros están dentro de la cuadrícula, entonces no veo el problema, por cierto, tengo la versión gratuita. Gracias por tu atención
Let’s see my laser connects correctly, but there comes a point where when I want to start the project I get this warning:
“ALARM: 2
The movement target of the G code exceeds the travel of the machine. Machine position safely retained. You can unlock the alarm. (Right click on the ‘Devices’ button to reset the connection)
On or near line 4:
stopped work”
And it doesn’t make sense, since all the parameters are inside the grid, so I don’t see the problem, by the way, I have the free version. Thanks for your attention
Please capture the Image of your screen (showing the whole work area) using a screenshot tool. Take-a-screenshot.org offers an excellent resource.
With your project in your computer, before you send it to engrave, click File, click Save GCode and upload the file into a reply here.
There are very few ways to have a project go out of bounds immediately on start. having these two sets of information will show me what command is causing it and where it happens and most probably, why it happens as well.
