Weird problem with lightburn display language.
My registered and installed versions of LIGHTBURN have been corrupted so that the displayed language is ARABIC instead of ENGLISH.
It happened out of the blue and in conjunction with the window resolution being too large for the screen so that I could not reduce the lightburn window to get access to the colour layers and exit control.
The problem occurs with all versions of lightburn, It does not occur with other applications so its not a windows problem.
How can I change the display text back to english as I cannot read the ARABIC text that is displayed in lightburn

I experimented wuth the tabs in lightburn and eventually found the language tab and reset the displayed text. Probem 1 solve.
Now I notice that when using Lightburn in FULL screen Mode the window is sized to my screen resolution of 1920 X 1080. If I select the minimize button the window is sized to a square format and I cant get access to layer colours nor the exit control (X). The window is too narrow.
Is ths a problem in Lightburn or can i set screen redraw to fit my display screen.
Problem found.
It appears that in version 2.0.3 the vertical sizing of the window does not work. It does work in ver 1.7.08 and therefore the widdow is sized horozontally Ok but not VERTICALLY, hence the non dosplay of the colour layers.
Is there a operator input to correct this or is it Version 2.0.3
Try pressing the Win key and up arrow together. This should force maximize screen and everything be visible. You may need to go to theh settings menu, Display tab and adjust font and cursor sizzes as well.
Hi Tim, thanks for that suggestion, I had known about that from another post.
That is a shortcut method to maximize the window to full screm mode and is the same as using the maximize and minimise controls in the top right of the window. (- X )
However in most applications you can run then in minimized mode and resize the window to whatever size you want using the sizing arrows on the extreme edges of a window..
In my copy of lightburn I cannot size the window clicking on the top border
What I see from your screenshot is you have 3 layers high of side panels. Try Window menu > reset Default layout. That should change it to 2 high. The nyou vshould have some control of window height. On my laptop I only have one layer high due to the lower screen resoultion.
Found a solution.
If is position the most used functions (laser,cuts and layers, Move) into the one side window (tabs show at bottom) the resizing option seem to work OK
