Thank you for your help!

This might be a wiring issue
Did it always do this or all of a suden started doing it?

Recheck your wirign from motherboard all the way to laser head

Also do you own a multimeter?

Hello, Thank you for your reply.
I had this issue one or two month ago. I posted the issue and you helped me also.
You asked me to measure the output on the laser and asked me to download the latest firmeware. And it was solved but… just for some cuttings. And now it’s back

typically i would say
$RST=* in console to reset all to defaults

You have belt issues as well but that is less significant
Try running this test file as a benchmark

Dot Test with Angle.lbrn (46.3 KB)

Ok I will try this file. How can you conclude to belt issues?

File results will give us diagnostic on both issues

Slight Y belt looseness but almost neglectable

No overburn so

Either the $RST=* fixed it or is project related

Hello, my projects are .pdf. Is there a better format to use?

it shouldnt make a difference
PDF is fine

Still experiencing issues?

If so, upload your LBRN project so we can take a look maybe?
