Laser only firing for first letter then quits, every time i run this cut.
Tried it several times and it quits after doing the K on the yellow path every single time.

I ran it in Preview and it ran ok. Did you check it using Preview?
This suggest it might be a mechanical problem, like a loose connector or broken wire for the laser module. Make sure the wiring is not being pulled tight or snagging on something.
