Laser head grinds teaching the end of X axis

New user here. Light burn + Mecpow Pro3. Replicating #1 video tutorial keychain bob. Upon the “Frame” step, results in laser head to travel to the entire distance of the X axis and grind gears against the frame. What am I doing wrong?
