Questa mattina aprendo il programma mi compare la scritta “In attesa di connessione”.
Ho già controllato cavo USB, riavviato programma e PC ma rimane bloccato così.

Per caso utilizzi altri software che si connettono al tuo laser? A volte questi software possono mantenere la connessione con il laser.
Ti consiglio di scollegare e ricollegare fisicamente il cavo USB: un’ispezione visiva è utile, ma scollegarlo e ricollegarlo fisicamente spesso risolve il problema.

Do you happen to use any other softwares that would connect to your laser? Sometimes these softwares can hold the connection to the laser.
I would recommend physically removing and inserting the USB cable - a visual inspection is good, but physically performing the removal/reinstall works surprisingly often.
