Laser is leaving a line at the top of the engraving

Our laser is leaving a line at the top of the engraving, the rest of the engraving is fine. Any suggestions

We tried multiple settings and resetting the laser but the lines keep coming at the top

We are engraving a wood box but we are just trying on pieces of wood before we do the actual box

Might try moving it here…

Might be able to change it in the headings …

Some people might not see it here.
