My laser seems to jumping over 2mm to the left in a particular spot. (Bottom left panel)
However it only seems to do it on one piece of the project.

You did not mark the spot, so finding a 2mm glitch is difficult. I did not see anything in your LB file that might cause a glitch. I also ran it in Preview at x20 with traversal moves showing and no glitch there either.
This leads me to believe you have a mechanical problem. Either a loose set screw or some sort of buildup on on one of the rails.
The holes on lower left are shifted to outside edge. I thought maybe it got moved but preview shows the holes are cut first then the outline which is not shifted.
Path issue in the drawing?
