Laser keeps moving to the right

Hi
Although I’ve got Lightburn and my Laser (Ortur) setup to work together I’m still having problems getting it to cut. When I’ve finished my design in the software and the homing position is in the center, when I press the start button the laser moves to the right as far as it can go.

I’ve reset this half a dozen times with the same result. Its forever shooting off to the right. I’ve tried other designs but still the laser moves to the far right.

Any one any ideas what I’m doing wrong here.

After homing - press “get position”. This should be 0 on all axes, but I suspect you get a negative value?
