I can’t connect my laser (Longer Ray5 with 40 watts). Lightburn’s search function isn’t working. It doesn’t recognize the laser. Even when I manually enter the laser model and dimensions, it still doesn’t recognize it. please help
Have you followed instructions? Installed dev file and driver?

Thanks for the reply, I followed all the instructions. It’s like it’s cursed, I had a Longerray with 20 watts before and it worked without any problems.

Can you check if Windows detects the cable connection when you plug it into the USB connector?
