The attached file appears to have one line creating the logo however the laser will make two passes as though there are two lines. After looking at the file does anyone have an idea why the laser is making two passes?

I’m not sure if I’m following what you’re saying.
Preview shows a single pass for each line. Are you referring to something else?
I found the problem (along with several others) was the number of passes had defaulted to 2. Several others were different as well. The cut pallet was gone even though it was checked, my speed was in mm/sec which was in in/sec, aspect ratio would not stay locked. These were what I found I sure there were others, all this started after a team viewer session to help with optimizations. After a reinstall of the software these problems with the exception of speed settings which will not return to in/sec.
