why dont my laser want to move to the right side, only moves up and down
Sorry your question is imposable to answer without far more infomation. Just start by looking at your lasers connections and then if you have a problem explain when this happens and what laser machine you have.

Does it Move Left? Do the Jog Buttons work?
Y-axis up and down on the art? or Z-axis up and down like to focus?
This may be worth review:
There is an Ortur group that would be a more appropriate spot for this, they will move it if required.
It helps to what wasn’t moving.
Along with any lights or anything that might give us a hint as what’s going on.
