I have the Ortur Laser Master 3 (grbl) I set cuts for two passes but laser only does one pass, and the second pass the laser goes through the motion but laser is turn off I tried resetting machine but same problem Im using Lightburn Core 2.0.02 i have an HP envy PC running windows 11 Help
Not a solution, but can you duplicate it to a second layer and see if it will make the second pass (set the first layer to one pass).
If this works, then maybe we can take a look at the GCode for a simple square.
