Laser NOT engraving fill but WILL engrave STRAIGHT LINES SLOWLY

Hi everyone and thanks for your help in advance!

Machine and Ruida
100W 1060 RUIDA DSP CO2

Light Burn V 9.16

I have been having a ton of trouble trying to get my laser to fill engrave. The machine will run through the file correctly but the laser will not fill engrave any parts of ANY file.

I can get the machine to engrave lines but it’s very weak, I have to turn the speed down to 10mm/s and the power up to 50% to get any type of burn.

I originally thought that this was a hardware problem however…
I have confirmed the laser tube is good.
I replaced the power supply.
My water flow is good.

Since I can engrave a LINE slowly I am now thinking that I have a setting in LB incorrect.

Any ideas / help would be greatly appreciated!!

We found out the when the laser was shipped it had a cracked lens in the nozzle. Very little “light” was getting through the lens.
